Verba’s voice recording receives full Speakerbus certification
Speakerbus, a leading provider of voice collaboration solutions for financial institutions, today announced that Verba Technologies is to join the Speakerbus global Technology Partner Programme as a certified partner. This is an important addition to the Programme’s set of compliance products as it helps clients to meet ever-growing regulatory requirements.
Verba’s software has been developed to provide full plug-and-play connectivity to the Speakerbus iTurret dealerboard and its complete range of speakers. The combination of Speakerbus and Verba provides clients with voice recording capability across their entire voice technology, helping them to meet regulatory and compliance requirements for financial institutions.
Launched in 2009, the Speakerbus Partner Programme has proved to be highly effective in delivering fully integrated solutions for analytics, call logging and voice recording to financial institutions.

Verba’s software receives collated voice call information from the Speakerbus dealerboard and speaker solutions through the Speakerbus Call Detail Service. The Service can aggregate up to 1,000 call information streams, and share them with up to 16 of the third-party applications offered through the Partner Programme.
