Speakerbus, a supplier of advanced voice solutions for the financial and command and control markets, today announced their completion of Cisco Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT), for Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 8.0 (CUCM) and the iTurret. The iTurret is integrated as a native SIP endpoint on the CUCM that offers seamless line sharing and access to CUCM features.
Interoperability Verification Testing certifies the functionality available with the iTurret integration to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.0 and ensures a consistent and reliable experience for clients deploying a Speakerbus voice solution powered by Cisco infrastructure.
Since Speakerbus obtained certification with version 7, development of the iTurret (iD808 release 1.2) has continued unabated, by offering enhancements to their brokerage speaker functionality, improvements to the global management application, whilst expanding access to CUCM features such as Cisco’s Meet-me conferencing.
