VPI’s Empower software has been enhanced to interoperate with Speakerbus’ iTurret dealerboard and speaker portfolio, offering financial institutions and command and control sectors the tools for compliant voice recording.

VPI’s Empower software receives collated voice call information from the iTurret through Speakerbus’ iManager Call Detail Service, which concentrates and shares numerous call information streams. The combined technology securely integrates communication processes and recording – enhanced by the capture of expanded telephony data for improved searches and reports – to help trading floors more effectively comply with regulations, resolve disputes and manage quality.
