Enterprise 10 introduces significant advancements to the QORUS platform, aligning with our commitment to drive our vision of cloud transformation.
- Streamlined Broker Functions: We’ve optimised workflows in both ARIA and AYRE, enhancing efficiency and usability for brokers
- Expanded Platform Capabilities: New features include Hoot conferencing and manual ringdown private wire forking/bridging, which are seamlessly integrated into iCS.
- Broader Interoperability: The platform now supports Cloud9, Cisco’s Private Wire functionality, and generic third-party SIP interfaces through our TDM gateway, enabling greater connectivity.

UX Enhancements
AYRE/ARIA
Enterprise 10 includes multiple endpoint enhancements driven by customer feedback and requests. These updates are designed to enhance the user experience and provide additional value to our AYRE / ARIA product portfolio.
- Added latched hoot timeout feature.
- Added double-tap assign speaker to handset feature in ARIA Touch and AYRE.
- Added single-tap assign from handset to speaker feature in ARIA Touch and AYRE.
- Added ad-hoc group talk on handset feature.
- Added “Leaving site” browser confirmation for ARIA Touch and ARIA Hoot.
Platform Enhancements
The following updates improve the stability, robustness and functionality of our platform.
iG330
- Support Secure SIP (using TLS) and Secure RTP (including AES256) on the SIP trunk channels.
- Connection Type configuration, with options of Default and Cloud9, added to the SIP trunk configuration in TDM/SIP Gateway mode.
- iG330 Test Tones.
- Removed VR mode from iG330.
- Configure VLAN tagging from command line on the iG330.
- Remote Syslog.
- Supports MRD Cisco 123 ringing protocol in TDM/SIP gateway mode.

- Support of the SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) as an option for file transfers.

- Hide the password when using CM SFTP commands.
- Store passwords in shadow file using SHA512 instead of MD5.
- Block ICMP timestamp requests.
- Factory reset now defaults all SIP security settings and certificates.
- Certificate revocation supported.
iCS
- Cross-Site Request Forgery Prevention added.
- Self-signed certificates and signing requests now use 4096 bits.
- Log files can only be downloaded by approved users.
iCMS
- Support for SFTP file transfers on iD924 devices.
- Support for a secure wipe of device data when deleting iD924 devices.
iCB
- The user account was locked on the iCB web page after too many failed login attempts.
- Hide the password when using iCB SFTP commands.
- Block ICB from allowing browser autofill.
ALTO (iD704)
