Speakerbus, a supplier of advanced voice solutions for the financial and command and control markets, presents the latest enhancement to the iTurret dealerboard / trading turret. Brokers and commodities traders can now take advantage of 24 dynamic speaker channels with a new speaker expansion module (iE801).
The unique benefits of the speaker expansion module are:
- Integral speaker pagination enables support for up to 96 user defined speaker channels. This facilitates instant access and automatic reconnect to multiple clients, trading partners and market news, empowering traders to leverage these relationships to their maximum trading advantage.
- The ability to answer calls directly on the speaker channels, with no additional key presses guarantees immediate multiple-party access to clients and counter-parties. Whilst the added benefit of independent volume controls per speaker channel ensures an instant flow of information across multiple channels improving workflow efficiency.
- The speaker module (iE801) provides traders with the ability to instantaneously mute all speaker channels simultaneously. This provides traders with assurance that any private side bars with colleagues and discussions with individual clients remain confidential. The ability to instantly control these factors provides traders with the assurance that when required elements of the trading process remain private.
The eight channel speaker expansion module provides access to an additional 8 speaker channels per module and up to two modules supported per iTurret dealerboard enabling access to a maximum of 24 active speaker channels.
Additional features include; one touch dial out from the speaker channel key. Dedicated group talk keys with four programmable talk groups. The iE801 also allows users to assign channels to the left, right or both speakers along with an embedded echo canceller ensuring maximum volume and clarity for the local users and counterparties.
With the introduction of the speaker expansion module, iTurret dealerboard has also completed compliant certification with Avaya Aura Session Manager, Avaya’s next generation communications offering.
